It started with a dispatch radio
Specialty Logistics began as a family dispatching business — moving goods and people across Jamaica, the old way: somebody you know, on the other end of the line.
The frustration was plain. Jamaicans deserved a ride-hailing option that was theirs — one that put safety and legal, fairly-paid drivers first, instead of treating a local market as territory to be captured.
So rather than chase a city-wide war with global giants, we chose to start small and prove it right: one dense market, every driver verified, real money on a working product. Portmore first. Then the North Coast. Linyr360 is that platform.

Three things we won’t bend
Every driver verified. No exceptions.
Six legal credentials checked before the first trip, monitored until the last. This is slower and costlier than looking the other way. We do it anyway — it’s the whole point.
Drivers are partners, not “supply.”
The people driving are the platform. They see the money before they accept, keep 100% of tips, get paid weekly in JMD, and get talked to straight — including about the parts that cost them, like commission and the cash deposit.
Local and accountable.
Decisions about Jamaican riders and drivers get made in Jamaica, by people who answer for them. Your data is handled under the Jamaica Data Protection Act, and you can see or delete it from the app.
We answer. That’s the job.
