You see the full fare before you request — calculated on the real road route, not a guess. The price you tap is the price you pay.
Know your driver first
Photo, rating, vehicle, plate and the Verified PPV badge — all on screen before your driver arrives. If it doesn’t match, don’t get in, and tell us. And your personal 4-digit PIN is the trip’s key: the driver can’t start it without you.

Live map from pickup to drop-off. Share the trip with family in one tap so somebody always knows where you are.
Card in the app, or cash in hand
Add a card once and drop-offs take zero seconds — no counting change, no waiting. Prefer cash? That works too, on any trip.
Card payments run through our bank’s secure card gateway — we never see or store your card number.

Questions riders ask
How do I know the fare won’t change?
The fare is calculated on the road route before you request, and that’s what you’re charged. If the trip changes materially (you add a stop, reroute), the app shows the new fare before it applies.
What does “Verified PPV” actually mean?
Your driver’s licence, PPV badge, road licence, certificate of fitness, commercial insurance and TRN were all checked by our team, and stay current — the badge drops if anything expires. Full details on the Safety page.
Can somebody follow my trip?
Yes — tap Share My Ride and send a live link showing your route, driver, vehicle and ETA. You can set trusted contacts to make sharing one tap every time.
What if something feels wrong during a ride?
The SOS button is on every trip screen. One tap sends your live location and trip details to our safety team, who respond immediately — and you can call 119 from the same screen.
Do I need a card to use Linyr360?
No — cash is accepted on every trip. Card just makes drop-off faster, and you can add one any time.
