Rider pays in the app. Your net (fare minus 25% commission, plus any tip) lands in your balance and pays out every Friday.
You keep the full fare in hand. The commission you owe accrues as arrears and settles automatically out of your Friday payout — or pay it down anytime in the app.
A one-time, refundable J$5,000 deposit unlocks cash trips. Arrears are capped at J$2,500 — hit the cap and requests pause until you clear some. We warn you well before.
Riders also pay a 15% booking fee on top of the fare — it goes to the platform and never comes out of your share.

What’s the rider PIN?
Every rider carries a 4-digit PIN, and entering it is how you start the trip. It protects you too — it’s proof you picked up the right person, on the record, before you drive.
Is my personal information safe?
Your documents are stored privately, used only for verification, and handled under the Jamaica Data Protection Act. Riders never see your phone number — contact goes through the app.
